what you need:
a package of Rolo's caramels
a box of Devils Food Cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
powder sugar (optional)
Mix cake mix, eggs and oil together in a bowl. Take a small ball of dough and ball it around an unwrapped rolo.
Bake for 7-8 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack.
Sprinkle with powder sugar.
