What you need:
1 large chicken breast- thawed and cut into pieces
1 can (14.5 oz) of chicken broth
2 cups of instant (minute) white rice- uncooked
1 pkg (10-12oz) frozen broccoli
8 oz Velveeta Cheese (cut into many cubes)
- Cook chicken in a large skillet until done/brown (I like to add to vegetable oil to cook the chicken in)
- Add the can of broth and bring to a boil.
- Add rice, broccoli, and velveeta cheese. Stir and cover and remove from heat.
- After 10 minutes- stir until the cheese is completely melted.
